By accessing and using Tiffany Hotels services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates are quoted in USD and may vary by season, room type, and special offers. Full payment or deposit may be required at booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Standard cancellation is free up to 48 hours before check-in. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges equal to one night's stay. Special rates may have different cancellation terms.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests must respect hotel property, staff, and other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who engage in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.

5. Liability

Tiffany Hotels is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend using in-room safes and purchasing travel insurance.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in London, UK.
