Hotel Manager

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager for our luxury hotel in Cuba. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing all aspects of hotel operations. **Responsibilities:** - Daily management of hotel operations - Staff management and development - Ensuring guest satisfaction - Managing budget and financial targets - Maintaining relationships with local authorities and suppliers **Work Environment:** An opportunity to work in Cuba, the pearl of the Caribbean, surrounded by stunning beaches and rich cultural heritage.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management - Bachelor's degree in Tourism or Hotel Management preferred - Proficiency in English and Spanish (Turkish is an advantage) - Strong leadership and communication skills - Experience in international hotel chains is preferred - Ability to obtain or already possess a work permit in Cuba
